Every roll is one stroke. Move the number rolled, or one fewer, in a straight line: up, down, left, right or diagonally. From sand take 2 off (minimum 1).
Trees: from the tee or fairway you can fly over trees. From rough or sand you can't. Never land in water or trees.
On the green: an odd roll moves exactly 1 square and an even roll moves exactly 2. Putts can't cross water or trees.
Tee re-roll: once per hole you may re-roll your tee shot, but you must keep the second roll.
